What do I get when I unlock a contact?

A verified, deliverable email for that investor, plus a profile link where we have one. You keep it for good.

How fresh are the emails?

Every email is verified for deliverability and re-checked on a schedule, and each card shows when it was last verified. If we ever cannot confirm a working address, we will not hand it over.

What if an email bounces?

Tell us and we make it right with a credit. You should never pay for a dead address.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You can unlock one contact at a time with mints. If you are actively raising, a Founder Pass gives unlimited unlocks while it runs, and you cancel when you close.

Where do the contacts come from?

Public professional sources, then verified for deliverability. Investors can request removal at any time, and a removed investor disappears from every page on the site.

How do I remove my data?

Any investor can request removal from the opt-out page. We suppress the address so it can never be re-added, and scrub the record across the catalogue.

Do you sell my data?

No. Mintround is a tool for founders; we do not sell your information, and the site sets no tracking cookies unless you consent.
