Unlocking contacts
Every investor on Mintround is listed for free with their focus, stages, and check size. The contact details stay blurred until you unlock them. Unlocking one investor costs one mint, and once unlocked it stays in your wallet - re-opening it later is free.
Verified emails
Every contact on Mintround is a verified, working email - we only hand over addresses we can stand behind. Unlocking is usually instant; once in a while we take a few seconds to re-confirm an address is still live before we release it. If we ever cannot confirm a working email, your mint is returned automatically, so you are never charged for a contact we cannot verify.
Your first unlock is free
Your first verified contact is on us, so you can see exactly what you get before paying. After that, unlocking a contact costs one mint.
Mints and passes
Mints are credits - one mint reveals one contact. Buy them in packs whenever you need them. If you are reaching out at volume, a pass gives you unlimited unlocks while it is active (subject to a generous daily fair-use limit), and any mints you already have are saved for when the pass ends. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Invite a friend
Share your invite link from your wallet page. When a friend you referred makes their first purchase, you both get a free mint - and you can earn from more than one friend.
Your wallet
Mintround has no accounts or passwords. Your wallet lives at a private link, and that link is the only key to your mints and unlocked contacts - bookmark it. From your wallet you can copy any contact you have unlocked, top up mints, and find your invite link.
Freshness and removals
We re-verify contacts over time and clear addresses that stop working. Investors can ask to be removed at any time through the removal request form, and we explain how we handle data in our privacy notice.
